15 seconds goes 180 times into a 45-minute lesson, and half of it is gone at 0:08. The bar turns amber with 0:10 to go and red for the last ten seconds, so the room can see the end coming without anyone announcing it.

The rest of the kit

Spin to pick a pupil. Nobody is picked twice until everyone has had a turn.

• Random groups

Split the class into even groups in one click, by number of groups or by size.

• Stopwatch

Start, lap, stop. Laps with splits, fastest and slowest marked.

• Focus timer

Work and break rounds that run by themselves, 25 and 5 or your own.

• Random pickers

Dice, a coin, a number out of a range, a letter — four draws on one screen.
